We want you to know that we are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely; we care for people so they can be their best and in response to the dynamic coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we would like to share actions Vasa Hotel Surabaya is taking to allow for more flexibility regarding your upcoming travel. Also, we are listening carefully to the questions and concerns we receive from guests such as yourself.
Cancellation and Rebooking
Guided by our purpose of care, we are temporarily adjusting our policies to committed to allowing for maximum flexibility to help you make the right decisions regarding travel at this time.
- Guests who booked their room on our website can easily adjust or cancel their booking online.
- Guests who booked via email or phone can contact our reservation team (email@example.com) for assistance.
- Guests who booked via a travel agent or online travel agents such as Agoda or Traveloka are advised to contact their agent for assistance.
Vasa Hotel Surabaya is waiving all cancellation fees for bookings with stay dates up to April 30th, 2020*. This allows our guests to defer their travel plans.

Our hotel has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces and high-touch area, and procedures in case there is a suspected or confirmed case among our guests or associates
